Landlords-Tenants
Pursuant to Virginia Code 36-105.1:1, the Town of Dumfries has designated certain areas within the town as “Rental Districts.” The purpose of Rental Districts is to protect the public health, safety and welfare of the occupants.
All residential rental properties within a Rental District must be inspected and certified annually.
