Town Clerk

Appointed by the Town Council, the Town Clerk serves as the Custodian of the Town Seal and is responsible for:

  1. Maintaining historical files and Town Council records
  2. Preparing the Town Council meeting agendas and packets
  3. Recording all Minutes, Resolutions and Ordinances approved by the Town Council
  4. Codification of the Town Code
  5. Posting and publishing official actions of Town Council, including notices of Public Hearing
  6. Accepting applications for membership of the Town Boards and Commissions

Notary Services

The Town Clerk is a Notary Public and provides this service at no cost.
