Town Clerk
Appointed by the Town Council, the Town Clerk serves as the Custodian of the Town Seal and is responsible for:
- Maintaining historical files and Town Council records
- Preparing the Town Council meeting agendas and packets
- Recording all Minutes, Resolutions and Ordinances approved by the Town Council
- Codification of the Town Code
- Posting and publishing official actions of Town Council, including notices of Public Hearing
- Accepting applications for membership of the Town Boards and Commissions
Notary Services
The Town Clerk is a Notary Public and provides this service at no cost.
