Welcome to the Town of Dumfries Department of Community Services. The Community and Cultural Center is located at 17757 Main Street, adjacent to the Town Hall. A variety of programs are hosted at the Center throughout the year. For more information on events contact the Director of Community Services.
Upcoming Programs
- Senior Retiree Group Meetings: The monthly group meetings are held the third Friday of each month at
1:00pm-2:30pm in the Community Center. The purpose of the meeting is to identify and address the needs of our area Seniors & Retirees. This program will pick up in September; all Seniors & Retirees of the community are invited to attend. - English as a Second Language

Parenting Class:
Through a continued partnership with the Prince William County Office of the Cooperative Extension, the Town of Dumfries is pleased to offer another session of Systematic Training for Effective Parenting classes for Parents of Teens! Classes are meeting on Wednesdays, April 18th through May 30th. For more information and to register for future classes, please contact the Cooperative Extension at 703.792.6288. Adult Co-ed Kickball League:
The Town of Dumfries is doing it’s part, to help keep adults stay fit and active, while having fun playing kickball! Please visit soon, for information on a fall Kickball League!
