The Waste Management of the Public Works Department helps coordinate Trash Collection, Recycling, Solid Waste Collection, and E-waste on behalf of the citizens of the Town Of Dumfries. We are currently contracted with American Disposal to pick up Trash, and Solid Waste, and Recycled good. If you have any issues with waste collection or want to schedule an E-waste pick up call the Public Works Department at 703-221-3400.

E-waste

Residents wishing to dispose of electronics such as computers, monitors, TV’s, cell phone and other items have two options.

1)    Residents can call the Town of Dumfries to schedule a pickup

2)    Residents can take their electronic waste to the land fill for free, as per the contract with Prince William County Landfill, Town of Dumfries residents can take their electronic waste to the landfill for free,.
