Architectural Review Board Meetings

The ARB is responsible for overseeing the developmental and improvements within the historic district or districts of the town.  The ARB reviews applications for Certificates of Appropriateness regarding improvements or changes within the historic district or districts of the Town.  The ARB is a five-member Board which consists of three residents, one business and one at-large member with expertise in the duties of the ARB.  Members are appointed by the Town Council and serve a term of three years.  The ARB meets at Town Hall on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.  Meetings begin at 6:00 PM and are open to the public.  Click to view Agendas and Minutes.
