The department works closely with developers to make sure projects meet the criteria and regulatory policies established by the Town Council.

We also provide planning services related to development, zoning, land use issues, and building code enforcement and inspections, including but not limited to:

  • Zoning Changes
  • Conditional Use Permits

We encourage you to call our office at 703-221-3400 before starting any land development projects, construction (interior and exterior), or demolition so we may properly advise you on the required permits and procedures necessary to move forward with your project.
