Town Clerk

Appointed by the Town Council, the Town Clerk serves as the Custodian of the Town Seal and is responsible for:

  • Maintaining historical files and Town Council records
  • Preparing the Town Council meeting agendas and packets
  • Recording all Minutes, Resolutions, and Ordinances approved by the Town Council
  • Codification of the Town Code
  • Posting and publishing official actions of the Town Council, including notices of Public Hearing
